Studio 33 architects have dedicated team for our varying project types. Our practice is growing with an increasing client base designing and procuring residential projects, public buildings and commercial projects both in the Slovenia and abroad.

We have experience of administering all standard forms of building contract. Although every project is unique, there is usually a chronology of processes. We call these Work Stages. Typical Work Stages for a commission of this type would be: 1 Outline Proposal / 2 Sketch Design / 3 Planning Submission / 4 Detail Design / 5 Production Information / 6 Furniture supply / 7 Tender or negotiation / 8 On-site construction / 9 Completion.
